"If you had asked me six months ago how I felt about this office, I would have said wonderful. After how they have treated us since we got in a car accident due to somebody else running a red light.. I would suggest to not go through this office because they will not go to bat for you. The car we had was totaled, but they charged us still for three additional months. I have since May of this year tried to get that refunded and was told initially that it would be. Every time I called it was somebody assuring me that it was being looked into - cut forward to mid July when I’m calling again to try to get an update that they promised they would reach out to me for… I’m all of a sudden being told it wasn’t sent up yet and it wouldn’t be a refund it would be a partial credit. I finally got a call back today with a genuine update, but nothing close to what was deserved. We are getting back one month plus an additional $20 and it’s not even being refunded. It’s being put towards a new bill. We will be leaving StateFarm because of this absurdity."

"I can’t say enough about State Farm, CJ Bray, and his staff. We have used State Farm since 1987 and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. That kind of service is hard to find these days. No worries about getting lost in a telephone loop when you call. Prompt PERSONAL service is ALWAYS available. I am so thankful that that kind of service was consistent even through all the city wide hurricane property destruction. They helped me navigate the claim process through that disaster. Once a year they encourage an in-person, sit-down meeting to review coverage. I am always impressed that this is not a time when they’re trying to sell me more insurance. They are making sure our coverage is sufficient and that we’re adjusting for current needs. For example, when our kids became adults and moved out, they suggested we decrease our umbrella policy! The staff is not sales people…they are on our side, wanting the best coverage for us at the best possible price. Thank you CJ, Jeff and Kristin!"
