"I was paying almost over $200 for car insurance and I didn’t even have full coverage. I looked online and Kristen reached out to me multiple times giving me good price on quotes. "Edit*** CJ called me himself and truly seems as concerned as I am as to how all of this has happened. He understands where I am coming from and truly treated me like a human. I believe him when he says he will get to the bottom of this. I will trust him in this process and go from there. Original: If you had asked me six months ago how I felt about this office, I would have said wonderful. After how they have handled our situation since we got in a car accident due to somebody else running a red light.. The car we had was totaled, but State Farm charged us still for three additional months. I have since May of this year tried to get that refunded and was told initially that it would be. Every time I called it was somebody assuring me that it was being looked into - cut forward to mid July when I’m calling again to try to get an update that they promised they would reach out to me for… I’m all of a sudden being told it wasn’t sent up yet and it wouldn’t be a refund it would be a partial credit. I finally got a call back today with a genuine update, but nothing close to what was deserved. We are getting back one month plus an additional $20 and it’s not even being refunded. It’s being put towards a new bill."
